Akeeba Backup Plug-in for Chamilo LMS Released

Thanks to the contribution of our Official Provider NoSoloRed the Chamilo community will have now a new plug-in for backing up Chamilo portals using the open source tool Akeeba Backup. This plug-in allow to create a full backup of a Chamilo portal including the database. Once a backup is finished the entire Chamilo portal can be downloaded in a single compressed file for further restoring in a new Chamilo installation or just for security backup purposes. Among the features of this plug-in you can find: backup restore, automatic backup scheduling, and backup files management. This plug-in is available for Chamilo 1.10.x version and will soon be available for all the Chamilo community.

Plugin Akeeba Backup para Chamilo

Nosolored, proveedor oficial de Chamilo, ha desarrollado un plugin que integra el sistema de copias de seguridad Open Source Akeeba Backup con la plataforma Chamilo. El plugin de Akeeba Backup permite realizar copias de seguridad de toda la plataforma incluyendo la base de datos. Las copias pueden descargarse en un archivo comprimido. Otras funcionalidades: restaurar una copia, programar copias de seguridad automáticas, gestionar los archivos de copias de seguridad, administrar perfiles de copias. El plugin está disponible para las versiones 1.10.x de Chamilo y va a ser liberado para la comunidad.

Plugin Akeeba Backup pour Chamilo LMS

Le fournisseur officiel de Chamilo NoSoloRed a publié un nouveau plug-in permettant l’utilisation de l’outil open source Akeeba Backup. Ce plugin permet la création d’un backup complet d’un portail Chamilo, incluant sa base de données. Une fois le backup terminé, le portail Chamilo complet peut être téléchargé en un seul fichier compressé pour sa restauration future dans une nouvelle installation de Chamilo ou simplement pour vous protéger contra la perte de données. Parmi les fonctionnalités de ce plug-in, on retrouve: restauration de backups, programmation automatique de backups, gestion des fichiers de backup. Ce plug-in est disponible pour les version 1.10.x de Chamilo et sera bientôt disponible pour toute la communauté Chamilo.

Akeeba Backup Plugin für Chamilo LMS veröffentlicht

Dank des Beitrags unseres offiziellen Providers NoSoloRed wird Chamilo in Zukunft über die Möglichkeit verfügen, Chamilo-Portale mit dem open source Tool Akeeba Backup zu sichern. Das Plugin ermöglicht eine komplette Sicherung von Portalen inklusive der Datenbank. Sobald das Backup abgeschlossen ist, kann das gesamte Portal in einer einzigen komprimierten Datei heruntergeladen und für Neuinstallationen oder einfach als Sicherungskopie gespeichert werden. Zusätzlich kann das Plugin zur Wiederherstellung aus Backups, zur automatischen Sicherung und zum Backup-Management genutzt werden. Das Plugin ist für Chamilo ab Version 1.10.x verfügbar und wird der Community bald zur Verfügung gestellt.

E’ stato Rilasciato il plug-in Akeeba Backup per Chamilo LMS

Grazie al contributo del nostro fornitore ufficiale NoSoloRed la comunità Chamilo avrà ora un nuovo plug-in per il backup dei portali Chamilo utilizzando lo strumento open source Akeeba Backup. Questo plug-in permette di creare un backup completo di un portale Chamilo incluso il database. Una volta che un backup è terminato l’intero portale Chamilo può essere scaricato in un unico file compresso per l’ulteriore ripristino in una nuova installazione di Chamilo o solo per scopi di backup di sicurezza. Tra le caratteristiche di questo plug-in è possibile trovare: il ripristino di backup, pianificazione dei backup automatici, e la gestione dei file di backup. Questo plug-in è disponibile per la versione Chamilo 1.10.x e sarà presto disponibile per tutta la comunità Chamilo.
